📋 Key Responsibilities
·
Assist in designing, developing, and
maintaining Java-based applications.
·
Write clean, efficient, and
well-documented code.
·
Work closely with senior developers
and cross-functional teams.
·
Participate in code reviews and adopt
best coding practices.
·
Debug and troubleshoot software
issues efficiently.
·
Contribute to Agile development
processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility & Skills
Required Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT,
or Electronics (ECE).
·
Minimum 60% aggregate across 10th,
12th, and graduation.
·
2024/2025 pass-outs preferred.
Technical Skills:
·
Strong grasp of Core Java, OOPs, and
Data Structures.
·
Familiarity with Spring or Hibernate
(added advantage).
·
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational
databases.
·
Experience with Git version control.
·
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
·
Internship or academic project
experience in Java.
·
Understanding of web technologies
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Soft Skills:
·
Analytical and problem-solving
ability.
·
Teamwork and communication skills.
