🛠 Role Overview – Graduate Trainee
As a Graduate Trainee at Episode Six, you will work across
multiple areas of software development, IT operations, testing, and production
support. You’ll gain hands-on experience in fintech technology while
collaborating with senior engineers to deliver world-class payment solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates
(B.Tech/B.E., 2024–2025 batch) looking to build a strong career foundation in
the payments industry.
📌 Key Responsibilities
·
Participate
in training sessions and workshops to build domain expertise.
·
Support the software
development lifecycle (SDLC) from design to deployment.
·
Write and
debug code across multiple programming languages.
·
Test and
support software applications, ensuring high quality and reliability.
·
Assist in production
deployments and monitor alerts during release windows.
·
Perform application
log analysis and database validations.
·
Create and
execute detailed test cases, report defects, and validate results.
·
Work with
senior engineers on design implementation and code reviews.
·
Collaborate
with global teams to meet project goals.
·
Provide rotational
shift support (APAC, UK, US hours) and weekend production support.
🎓 Eligibility & Skills
·
Education:
B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related fields (2024/2025 graduates).
·
Experience:
0–1 year (freshers encouraged to apply).
·
Technical
Skills:
o Knowledge of multiple programming languages.
o Experience with Microsoft Office tools (including Project).
o Familiarity with software/hardware support, debugging, and
troubleshooting.
·
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication (verbal & written).
o Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
o Ability to collaborate across teams.
o Self-driven and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
