💼 Role Overview – Business System Analyst (Data Analyst)
As part of the Business Analytics & Decision Science team,
you will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Print,
Customer-to-Cash, Customer Support, and more. This role blends data analytics,
reporting, and financial planning support to solve business problems and
provide actionable insights to leadership.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in office per week,
with flexible shift timings aligned to global business needs.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
·
Prepare management
review decks and follow up on leadership decisions.
·
Deliver
divestiture-related data and support Transition Service Agreement (TSA)
obligations.
·
Collect and
publish dashboards from multiple data sources.
·
Translate
business requirements into tactical solutions with support from Data
Foundation, Data Science & AI, and Reporting & Visualization teams.
·
Design
scalable, automated solutions to business problems.
·
Use Excel,
SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
·
Support financial
planning, reporting, forecasting, and analytics for global teams.
·
Identify and
implement process improvements and standardization opportunities.
🎓 Skills & Qualifications
Required:
·
Bachelor’s
degree.
·
Minimum 3+
years of experience in analytics (preferably in large organizations).
·
Strong
expertise in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI (2+ years).
·
Proven
ability to analyze large datasets and present insights effectively.
·
Knowledge of
finance and accounting.
·
Strong
planning, detail orientation, and global team collaboration skills.
Preferred:
·
Experience
with Business Objects, CRM systems, and data automation.
·
Ability to
manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
·
Flexible to
work in shift timings (12 PM – 9 PM / 2 PM – 11 PM).
