Job Description:
As a System
Engineer - L2, you will provide remote technical support and resolve
customer issues related to operating systems, software tools, and system
functionalities.
Responsibilities:
·
Deliver exceptional technical support via calls and emails.
·
Handle and pacify irate customers empathetically and professionally.
·
Troubleshoot base OS issues and work with modern tools and
technologies.
·
Provide support for Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VPN, VDI,
Security apps, etc.
·
Log and route tickets to the relevant technical domains.
·
Identify and escalate technical concerns when needed.
·
Document all communication and solutions following SOPs.
·
Recognize trends in customer issues and suggest improvements.
·
Create new SOPs based on resolutions provided.
·
Maintain detailed call logs and generate reports.

Technical Support
Preferred Experience:
·
1-3 years in a similar role
