join our Customer Support Group in Noida. In this role, you'll be the first
point of contact for clients facing IT issues. You'll handle queries over the
phone and other channels to provide quick solutions.

About the Role
You'll be part of the Contact Support Group
(CSG). Think of CSG as the first line of defense for IT problems. When a client
has an issue, you're the first person they talk to.
Your main job is to make their experience
smooth and positive. You'll use different tools and channels like phone, email,
and chat to troubleshoot problems and get things fixed.
This is an office-based job in Noida. You
need to be flexible with your schedule, as you'll work in 24/7 rotational
shifts to support clients in different time zones. You should also be open to
relocating if needed.
What You'll Do Every Day
·
Talk to Customers: You'll
answer calls and other contacts from clients who need IT help. You'll listen to
their problems, figure out what's wrong, and guide them to a solution.

Manage Tickets: Every
customer issue becomes a "ticket." You'll be responsible for
prioritizing these tickets, categorizing them correctly, and tracking them
until they are resolved.

Troubleshoot: You'll
help customers with common issues like internet connectivity problems, password
resets, and profile renames.
·
Aim for First Contact
Resolution: The goal is to solve the customer's
problem during that first interaction. No one likes being passed around.
·
Use Our Tools: You'll
work with our internal AI bot, CHIP, to find answers quickly. You'll also use
our knowledge base to guide your solutions.
·
Be Professional: How
you talk to customers matters. A courteous and friendly manner is key.
Who We're Looking For
You are a good fit if you:

Completed any
3-year diploma or graduation in 2025.
·
Can speak
English clearly and communicate well.
·
Have a calm
demeanor and can work under pressure.
·
Are
comfortable with basic computer skills.
·
Are willing to
work in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts.
·
Are open to
relocating to any Capgemini location in India.
