Role Overview – Trainee Associate (NOC Analyst)
The NOC Analyst plays a
critical role in ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of
business-critical IT systems. You will monitor systems in real time, respond to
incidents, coordinate with resolver teams, and contribute to automation and
knowledge management initiatives.
This role offers strong
foundational exposure to enterprise IT operations and incident management
best practices.
Key Responsibilities
24/7 Application & Infrastructure Monitoring

Perform
“Eyes-on-Glass” monitoring using tools such as:
o Dynatrace
o Grafana
o Azure Monitor
o Nagios
o SolarWinds
o Datadog

Detect
anomalies, establish baselines, and generate actionable alerts
Incident Response & Coordination
·
Act as Incident
Coordinator during major incidents

Initiate and
participate in bridge calls

Escalate
issues to L1/L2 resolver teams

Document
incident timelines and participate in Post Incident Reviews (PIRs)
Incident Triage & Escalation

Triage
auto-generated tickets as per SOP

Ensure rapid

Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident communications

Develop and
maintain:
