Role Overview – Implementation Specialist
As an Implementation Specialist,
you will support the successful launch of Uplight’s software products. You will
assist in product configuration, testing, SQL-based data validation, defect
tracking, and documentation, while collaborating with cross-functional
delivery teams.
Approximately 25–50% of the role
is technical, making it an excellent starting point for graduates
interested in technical delivery, SaaS operations, implementation
consulting, or product support.
