📄 Job Description – Data Management Associate
As a Data Management Associate
in the Data Quality Controls Team, you will play a critical role in designing,
implementing, and maintaining data quality rules that support business and
regulatory objectives. You will work closely with peers, stakeholders, and
platform teams to modernize data processes and improve reliability across
systems.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
·
Create,
maintain, and test data quality rules using the Data Quality Rules platform
·
Peer-review
data quality rules developed by team members
·
Migrate rules
from testing to production environments
·
Support
platform operations and troubleshoot rule or system issues
·
Coach and
guide other rule writers on best practices and procedures
·
Communicate
progress, risks, and updates to management and stakeholders
·
Contribute to
continuous improvement and data platform modernization initiatives
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification:
·
Bachelor’s
degree (or equivalent experience) in:
o Finance
o Engineering
o Business Management
o Information Technology
Experience & Technical Skills:
·
Minimum 2
years of experience building business rules or decision logic using:
o Ab Initio
o Collibra
o Informatica
o AWS Glue Data Quality
·
Strong working
knowledge of SQL
·
Experience
querying data from AWS Cloud and Snowflake
·
Hands-on
experience with data tools such as:
o Toad
o Oracle / PL SQL
o Teradata or similar platforms
·
Experience
working with:
o Mortgage
o Credit Card
o Auto Loan
o Student Loan operations, data, or
technology platforms
Soft Skills:
·
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
·
Strong
attention to detail and analytical thinking
·
Ability to
collaborate across teams and stakeholders

Hands-on
experience with Tableau dashboards and reports

Experience
working with Alteryx

Strong MS
