HCLTech is looking for Service Desk Engineers to provide L1/L2 technical support to global customers in an international voice support environment.

The selected candidates will be responsible for resolving technical issues, handling escalated tickets, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
