🎯 Role Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at PhonePe, you will:

Drive
data-backed decision-making for the Wealth pod, supporting 300M+ users.
·
Define,
track, and optimize key business metrics to influence pod strategy.
·
Translate
business problems into data-driven problem statements.
·
Conduct
deep-dive analyses and present insights to cross-functional teams.

Build
impactful dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView.

Go
beyond data by contributing strategic ideas to improve product performance.
🧩 What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s
degree in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Engineering, Math, Econ).

0.5–3
years of analytics experience or strong internship background.
·
Proficient
in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).

Experience
with Python/R and statistical concepts preferred.
·
Strong
communication and storytelling through data.

Familiarity with machine learning, big data platforms, or financial product
analytics.
