Role Overview: Associate-CS Internet
As an Associate at Sutherland, you'll be
part of our dynamic team in Kochi. Your primary responsibility will be to
address customer queries through chat. You'll handle a range of tasks,
including assisting customers with order status inquiries, account and product
questions, and more. Your role is pivotal in projecting Sutherland's
professional image and providing exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat medium.
- Assist customers with order status and account/product inquiries.
- Represent the company professionally through chat and email
communication.
- Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
- Escalate or refer customers to other departments as needed.
- Uphold quality standards in customer interactions.
Qualifications for Success
