QUALIFICATION (qualifying disciplines) : Mechanical Engineering
Eligibility Criteria : Full time Graduate Engineering Degree in respective qualifying disciplines from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST candidates) alongwith qualified GATE 2013 Marks (out of 100).
Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in the qualifying degree is awarded, the equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the online application form as per norms adopted by the University/Institute. The candidate will have to produce a copy of these norms with respect to his/her University/Institute at the time of Interview.
Maximum Age As On 31.5.2013 : As on 31.5.2013 maximum age limit for General candidates 25 years. Relaxation in age to SC/ST/OBC(Non Creamy Layer)/PH candidates will be provided as per Govt. guidelines.
Application Fee (Non-refundable)
Application Fee of Rs. 300/- for General & OBC candidates and Rs. 150/- for SC/ST. Online payment must be made through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/Bank Transfer at the time of applying online.
Training, Remuneration & Absorption : The selected candidates shall be required to undergo training for one year. During training they will be paid a consolidated amount (approx.) of Rs. 30000/- p.m. (at Noida, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata & Hyderabad), Rs.29750/- p.m.(at Baroda) and Rs.29600/- p.m.(at Sindri) as stipend.
On successful completion of one year of training they will be absorbed as Engineer in the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/- with basic pay of Rs. 16400/- p.m. considering DA as per IDA pattern, perks and HRA. Approximate monthly emoluments will be Rs.43,500/-(Noida, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata & Hyderabad), Rs.41,600/-(Baroda) provided accommodation is not provided by Baroda Office and Rs. 36,000/-(Sindri) accommodation will be provided at Sindri. Other facilities such as Leave Encashment, Contributory PF, Group Insurance, Medical reimbursement for Indoor Treatment, Gratuity etc. as per Company Rules are available.
The selected candidates are likely to be posted at any of the offices of PDIL at the discretion of the management.
