FEA ENGINEER (SIMULATION AND CALCULATION)
Location Chennai, India
YOUR TASK- Planning, conducting and analyzing simulations and calculations in series development in collaboration with central entities with the aim of optimizing development times and costs.
- Qualification : B.E / M.E-Mechnical Engineer
- Additional Knowledge / Skills / Experience : FEA Simulation method
- Language Skills: Good written & Communication skills in Engish
- Job-related Experience : 0 to 1 yrs
A Planning and implementing simulations and calculations
1 Defining and stipulating the components for the simulation and calculation with the involved entities.
2 Determining simulation and calculation methods at an early stage together with developers and central entities in order to ensure efficient deployment in the construction component design in terms of engineering and economic aspects.
3 Planning, implementing and evaluating FE simulations with the aim of proving design feasibility, testing and realizing component concepts and shortening development processes; proving and covering the physical quality requirements of materials with regard to mechanical and thermal concerns.
4 Verifying the calculation models in cooperation with the test engineers in order to ensure reliability of the simulation results.
5 Experience in Preprocessing and Post-processing FE simulation using Hypermesh is a must.
