Position : Customer Support Executive
Eligibilty Criteria : BBA / MBA pass out (2012 & 2013 batch)
Job Profile : It will be customer support phone banking inbound processes ,candidate have to handle customer query related to bank queries & disputes related to financial products across various business segments & across products. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.Recommend process improvements. Other duties as assigned during the job.
Working Period : 5 days (cab will be provided ,no night shift)
Salary Range : 11-12k Per Month
