Ltd.  It is joint venture of Lucas TVS Limited and Koito Japan, situated at   Plot No. 22 to 35, Sector-6, HSIIDC Growth Centre Bawal , Distt- Rewari ( Haryana).  Company is manufacturing the Head Lamp and Tail Lamp and supplying to the Maruti Suzuki India Limited and Honda Car Limited.

 Company are engaging complete diploma candidate( completed diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and communication, Instrumental Controls, Computer Science ) under Diploma ACT Apprenticeship Training in our company through Board of Apprenticeship Training Kanpur( BOAT Kanpur).

INEL was incorporated in 1984 and converted into a joint venture in 1986 between Lucas Indian Service Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lucas-TVS Ltd and Kokusan Denki Co. Ltd, Japan - a group company of Hitachi Japan, to manufacture Electronic Ignition Systems for two-wheelers, three wheelers and portable engines.
