OSS Engineer - GSS000EV
IN-Kerala-Trivandrum
System Preparation for new joiners, formatting the system
and re-loading the OS, Inventory managing, Troubleshooting the Hardware and
software issues (both lap and desktop), Client support, Procurement initiate,
Video Conference handling, Training room setups etc. and responsible for day
to day IT requirement.
Qualitifications: B. E. or B.Sc Computer Science.
Certification in CCNA would be a plus. Good Logical
troubelshooting skills, willingness to work in shifts and work together as a
team to handle challenging assignments.
