Job Responsibilities

• Perform and create engineering analysis of Civil structures(Bridges, Building and Miscellaneous structures)
• Capable of producing clear, understandable and well referenced hand calculations, spreadsheets and calculations using appropriate software for different types of structures and self checks all output.
• Capable of producing clear hand sketch details for CAD drafting or communication purposes including 2D and 3D sketches.
• Capable of and willing to carry out edits on Micro Station/AutoCAD drawings as well as prepare general arrangement and RC/steelwork drawings for simple structures

Qualification Requirements

• Graduate or Post-graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
• 2-3 years working experience within civil engineering environment (Bridges and Structures).

Experience Requirements

You will need to demonstrate experience in at least one or more of the following areas:

• Experience in designing RCC, PSC structures.
• Experience in steel structure design (preferable).
• Good understanding of finite element modelling (2D and 3D) using any software (Lusas/ Super-Suite/ SAP/ ETABS/ Staad Pro etc).
• Basic understanding of the analysis and design principles based on the Indian codes like IRC, IS, BS, IRS.etc. Knowledge in Euro code is preferred.
• Co-ordinating with other team members and the project manager for timely delivery of project.
• You will also be expected to demonstrate the following qualities:
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Good aptitude for structural analysis.
• Interest in geometry and aesthetics of structures.
• Interest in developing innovative solutions.
• Interest in learning detailing of structures
