Leading project management activities and deliverable development including preparation and management of project documents (i.e., Project Initiation Document, Project Plans etc) • Managing project scope and deadlines • Resolving conflicts and negotiating changes in project priorities and/or scope • Driving Weekly /Monthly / Quarterly reviews with the client management and process owners and documenting Project Status Updates, Issue and Action Item Log, Meeting Minutes, Meeting Agendas, Project Deliverables • Managing medium to large-sized data center or IT infrastructure projects • Proficient in field of the Infrastructure Service Delivery, Onsite & offshore delivery model, incident, problem and process management, customer relationship management, people management and handling client escalation. • Proficient in MS office (Word , Excel and Project) • Excellent inter-cultural competency skills. • Good People Management • Proficient in Transitioning of IT Infrastructure
