Job description
  • Facilitate, monitor and ensure registration of employee wards with proper process adherence       
  • Recruitment of Probationer trainee Fixed Term Contractuals, Intern Nurses and associates ensuring adherence to recruitment process      
  • Recruitment of ITI Trainees, TMST, FTA and Dealer Apprentices
  • Ensure on time availability of flexible manpower to all the departments as per requirement generated by PSD.     
  • Separation of Flexible workforce as per requirement of PSD.
  • HR operations and life cycle management of Temporaries for TML and TML-Drivelines constituting around 5500 workforce        
  • Generation and management of MIS related to flexible workforce and trainees-Daily and Monthly reports
  • Ensuring adherence to Statutory compliance and SOX related to recruitment  
Desired Skills and Experience
·         Education Qualifications: Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations
·          
·         Work Experience: 3-5 years in the field of   Human Resources or Industrial Relations, with flexible workforce handling   experience.
