1) Technical Support
Executive:
· Inbound
Customer Service
· Program
provides support to customers through voice and email
· Support
Edge Premium cases (customers with a higher level of support agreement) cases
· Provide
Services to customers seeking support on services, products.
· Work
closely with Technical Support Engineers, and cross-functional teams to support
customer needs
· Coordination
with logistic companies and field support companies to support customer needs
· Should
have minimum of 6 months of International BPO Voice Experience
· Graduation
is must
· As a
Technical support officer, you manage and fix Issues for one of the top
technologies being used throughout the world for our customer's. Your role
demands expertise in the following skills:-
· -Basic
technical knowledge.
· -Troubleshooting
internet
Basic Eligibility
Criteria :-
1) The candidate should be a Graduate in any field from a
recognized institution/university or undergraduate with min.6months of intl.
BPO experience.
2)B.tech. freshers cannot apply.
3) Candidate should have good conversational skills in
English.
4) Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

the work timings.
