Profile: Technical (IT) Recruiter/ Sr. Technical

Salary: Rs. 1.5 LPA – 5 LPA (Depending upon the
candidature and experience of the candidate)
Probation / Training Period: 3 months
Desired experience: 0-3 Years (minimum 3 months
of Experience in Recruitment Field is mandatory)

Job Description and Skills Required:
- Candidates will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment process which includes following activities :
- Sourcing from various job portals & social networks to managing candidate and client's communications.
- Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Coordinating with clients on a regular basis and build good rapport with the client's HR/recruiter
- Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates by the clients; collecting feedback from the clients
- Obtaining prompt and regular feedback from candidates who have been interviewed by clients
- Participating in salary and other negotiation as required by the client and/or the candidates
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
