● Presenting the product or service in a structured
professional way face to face. Manage & achieve daily targets set by the
supervisor/ manager.
● Relationship building. Update data on daily basis · Should
have own bikes with proper documents, laptop and android phones. Product
Support Specialist (both Male or Female) · The Product Specialist, being the
first point of contact for customers, should present a responsible and friendly
face of the company. Should serve customers by providing necessary product
information and resolving product and service issues. Must be willing to take
ownership of cases and follow-up with the customers as and when necessary.
