1. Position: Technical Support Executive - Symantec.

Eligibility Criteria : Any Grad/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) Fresher/ Experienced (2012/2013/2014 batch)

Job Description :
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written).
• Good Customer Orientation.
• Highly self motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptability to new processes.
• Should be well versed with computers, basic technical knowledge & fair knowledge about troubleshooting computers.
• Good typing speed- 20-25WPM.

Salary Package : 1.80 LPA to 2.52 LPA

2. Position: Technical Support Executive .(Microsoft Tech process)

Eligibility Criteria : Any Grad/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) Fresher/ Experienced (2012/2013/2014)
Job Description :

Basic Knowledge of computer,Tech savvy.Hardware,operating system and internet usage.Excellent knowledge hardware,operating and exp. in technical troubleshooting. Good Communication skills
