Overview
Prepaid Management Services is the division of MasterCard
that concentrates on Prepaid Solutions such as our Multi-Currency CashPassport
product. Traditionally focused on the Travel sector this business unit is
driving forward Prepaid throughout the world with innovative and leading
solutions that we integrate with Global brands. This role is within the Global
Technology Services (GTS) team which is part of the wider MasterCard Operations
& Technologies group. We provide high quality evolutionary and operational
capabilities to support the MasterCard Prepaid Management Services business.
• The Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is the information
centre for projects and programmes within MasterCard Prepaid Management
Services
• We provide Governance, Quality Control, Knowledge,
Reporting, Finance Tracking and Coordination throughout the project delivery
cycle

Role
• Responsible for the quality of Project Management
Framework documentation and ensuring all processes are documented, understood
by key stakeholders and templates saved in an online repository.
• Collate, document and distribute weekly, monthly and
quarterly project status reports
• Define and communicate project milestones and resource allocation
to relevant stakeholders
• Identification of dependencies within and across projects,
and ensuring planning, management and appropriate escalation of issues where
required
• Management and facilitation of the Project Pipeline
Process including preparation, minutes/actions, tracking priorities and
maintenance of supporting documentation
• Implement Project Governance standards and assurance
framework across projects, challenging any inconsistencies
• Manage lesson learned process and review benefits against
original business case
• Coordinate and manage the impacting of change requests
relating to key clients

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven organisational skills - ability to multi-task and
prioritise
• Energy and positivity, drive to exceed targets
• Collaborative, team player
• Confidence to challenge processes and desire to improve
procedures within team
• Good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel and
PowerPoint. Microsoft Project desirable.
• Previous experience of working in a PMO function is
preferable
