Job Description:
Manufacturing Plan & Execution
- Execute the given production plan as per PPC
plan for the shift and support in Press and Ultrasonic
- Execute the process as per the control plan
Product quality
- Implement & monitor adherence of the
quality standards as per control plan.
- Analyze reasons for rejection & execute
action plans in Press Ultrasonic
- Escalation in case of any abnormality, delivery
issues and internal customer complaints, Machine breakdown
Cost control
- Monitor & improve the first pass ratio.
Shift wise tracking of Rework &
Rejection.
People Management
- Labor efficiency control
- Multiskilling of operators
TQM
- Daily work management
- Process Audit
- 5S audit in section.
- Daily TPM activity
