As a Monitoring Engineer (SRE) at PayU, you’ll proactively
monitor system health, debug issues, automate routine tasks (TOIL), and ensure
systems are resilient and scalable. This role is ideal for graduates passionate
about backend reliability, automation, and real-time systems.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

24x7
incident management (on-call rotation)

Monitor
alerts, perform severity analysis, trigger escalations

Troubleshoot
service issues using logs, alerts, and dashboards

Perform
root cause analysis and support RFO/MIR reports

Maintain
service SLAs and communicate downtime to stakeholders

Automate
repetitive tasks using Python, Shell scripts, or DevOps tools
