💼 About the Role: Business Solutions Consultant
As a Business Solutions Consultant, you'll be the strategic
bridge between Amdocs technology and the customer's business needs. Your role
is pivotal in shaping solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, and
supporting implementations that truly make a difference.
🧩 What You’ll Do
·
Gather,
document, and analyze business and technical requirements from customers
·
Translate
customer needs into integrated, scalable solution designs
·
Advise
clients on product capabilities and business methodologies (reusing components
when applicable)
·
Lead
or support formal and informal reviews with stakeholders
·
Communicate
clearly with business and IT teams to ensure solution alignment
·
Drive
client engagement through the scoping phase until final approval
·
Prepare
solution documentation, configure systems, and maintain detailed test plans
·
Provide
ongoing support during configuration and post-implementation phases
🎓 What You Need to Succeed
·
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems
·
Strong
customer-facing communication skills (presentations, demos, stakeholder
interactions)
·
Knowledge
of telecom processes and frameworks (ETOM, ASOM)
·
Wide
understanding of E2E product delivery and business process design
·
Experience
in managing cross-domain solutions within an enterprise environment
·
Bonus:
Experience with Amdocs products and methodologies
