🎯 Role Purpose
As part of the Data &
Analytics function, you will:

Translate raw data into meaningful dashboards and
KPIs
·
Deliver accurate and timely insights to support
strategic decision-making
·
Identify and manage potential operational and
financial risks
·
Help shape a culture of compliance, innovation, and
customer care
·
Contribute to automated reporting processes that
improve efficiency
🔧 Key Responsibilities
·
Design and develop reports and dashboards using Tableau,
SQL, or similar tools
·
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather,
validate, and incorporate up-to-date data
·
Maintain, improve, and automate reporting templates
and release processes
·
Ensure risk mitigation, compliance, and controls in
reporting processes
·
Provide support for change management, performance
tracking, and internal audits
·
Offer evaluative insight and recommend solutions
using analytical expertise
💡 What You’ll Need to Succeed
Core Skills:

Experience in SQL and data visualization tools like
Tableau or Power BI
·
Ability to develop and automate data reports
·
Knowledge of Python for analytics and scripting
(preferred)
·
Strong stakeholder management and communication
skills

Understanding of risk management and compliance
reporting
