Practitioner | Placement Officer
🌟 About the Role
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you’ll be the critical
interface between clients and the IT systems they depend on. You’ll deliver L1
technical support, manage incidents, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring
high-quality service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh
graduates or early-career professionals to build a career in IT support and
service desk management.
📌 Key Responsibilities
·
Deliver Level 1 (L1) Technical
Support via IT Service Desk (voice-based support as primary channel).
·
Assist users with troubleshooting
across hardware, software, O365, Active Directory, and networking.
·
Log, track, and resolve issues using ITSM
tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
·
Ensure compliance with SLAs and
maintain accurate documentation of incidents.
·
Provide support via voice, email,
chat, and remote desktop tools.
·
Collaborate with peers to
continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
✅ Required Skills
·
Strong knowledge of Service Desk
Management and incident management.
·
Familiarity with ticketing tools like
ServiceNow, BMC Remedy.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS
Office Suite, Active Directory.
·
Excellent communication skills
(neutral accent, email etiquette).
·
Strong customer service orientation
and problem-solving skills.
·
Ability to work in rotational shifts
(including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
🎯 Good to Have
·
Prior experience (0–2 years) in IT
Service Desk or technical support roles.
·
Exposure to remote troubleshooting
tools and global client interactions.
🕑 Work Schedule & Location
·
Work From Office – Pune.
·
Shift: 9.5-hour rotational shifts,
24x7 environment.
·
Weekly offs as per roster.
