🖥️ Role Overview
Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate in Bangalore (BLR18
Corporate Office). This role is ideal for early-career professionals with 6–18
months of IT experience who are passionate about solving technical problems,
supporting global operations, and growing their careers at Amazon.
📌 Key Responsibilities
·
Provide IT
support to Amazon internal teams worldwide (APAC, EMEA, AMER).
·
Follow standard
operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
·
Troubleshoot
issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
·
Perform
basic Windows and Linux OS troubleshooting.
·
Adhere to Service
Desk goals – SLA response, resolution, CSAT, and incident management.
·
Work in a rotational
24x7 environment supporting global operations.
·
Collaborate
with IT, operations, and customer support teams.
🎓 Qualifications
Basic:
·
Bachelor’s
degree or diploma.
·
6–18 months
of IT support or related experience.
·
Strong communication
skills.
Preferred:
·
Familiarity
with ITIL-based ticketing tools & monitoring tools.
·
Basic network
troubleshooting knowledge.
·
Flexibility
to relocate as career opportunities expand within Amazon.
