📌 Key Responsibilities
·
Design,
develop, test, and support IBM Systems products across Operating Systems,
Storage, Firmware, Cloud Software & AI.
·
Collaborate
with cross-functional global teams to deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
·
Participate
in end-to-end software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, coding,
testing, debugging, and deployment.
·
Enhance and
maintain software stack, virtualization, I/O, performance & security
components.
·
Engage with open-source
communities and contribute to collaborative projects.
·
Solve
real-world challenges in AI solutions on IBM Z, Hybrid Cloud, and cognitive
business technologies.
🎓 Required Qualifications
·
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field).
·
Strong
programming in C, C++, Python, GoLang, Shell Scripting, Ansible.
·
Understanding
of Operating Systems, Kubernetes, Cloud concepts, Virtualization, REST APIs,
DevOps, and Microservices Architecture.
·
Familiar
with GitHub & open-source development tools.
💡 Preferred Skills
·
AI/ML/DL
knowledge with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost.
·
Full-stack
development experience: ReactJS, Java, Python, GoLang.
·
Experience
with Red Hat OpenShift, Docker/Kubernetes deployments.
·
Exposure to Storage
technologies (SAN, NAS, DAS), RAID, File Systems.
·
Networking
fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
·
Scripting
for automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
·
Familiarity
with cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, GCP Storage).
