📝 Role: Research Consultant – AI/NLP (LLMs)

Remote (within India)

Paid 1-year direct contract (extendable)

Start Date:
September 2025

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 IST
📌 Key Responsibilities
·
Develop and
evaluate user engagement foundation models leveraging pre-trained LLMs.
·
Integrate language
understanding + personalization into recommendation systems.
·
Collaborate
with research scientists, engineers, and product teams in a dynamic
environment.
·
Contribute
towards enhancing Sony LIV user experience through advanced AI applications.
·
Share
research insights in academic workshops and conferences.
🎓 Required Education & Skills
·
PhD or
Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
·
Strong
expertise in Deep Learning (conceptual + practical).
·
Knowledge of
state-of-the-art ML research.
·
Hands-on
experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, training, deployment).
·
Advanced
proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch,
TensorFlow).
·
Ability to conceptualize
new ideas and validate through experiments/theory.
⭐ Preferred Skills
·
0–1 year
experience in LLM/NLP projects (startup exposure is a plus).
·
Familiarity
with AWS cloud.
·
Strong
research background with publications in top ML conferences (AAAI, NeurIPS,
ICML, RecSys, SIGIR, WSDM, etc.).
