🎯 Job Description
We are hiring fresh graduates for our Fresher’s Induction Program. This
role involves:
·
Analyzing and maintaining product
data.
·
Designing, developing, and testing
software solutions.
·
Supporting Herman Miller divisions
globally by enabling technology solutions.
·
Gaining exposure across projects,
processes, and teams over a 2–4 month rotation program before permanent
assignment.
✅ Eligibility & Requirements
Academics
·
BE / BSc (Computer Science) / BCA /
MCA / B.Tech (CS or related)
·
Mechanical Engineering with Computer
Science background also eligible
Technical Skills
·
Strong OOPS fundamentals
·
Knowledge of programming skills with
formal education/training
·
Exposure to tools like .NET, BI,
Reporting (a plus)
·
Internship/project experience in
software development (advantage)
Personality Traits
·
Excellent written and spoken English
communication
·
Passion for technology and
problem-solving
·
Analytical mindset, willingness to
learn new technologies
·
Ability to work individually and in
teams
·
Attention to detail and adherence to
processes
