Thomson Reuters is hiring a Quality Analyst to elevate the effectiveness
of our Customer Support team. In this role, you’ll monitor customer
interactions across calls, emails, and chats, ensuring service excellence,
compliance, and adherence to policies. You’ll provide insightful coaching and
feedback that enhances agent performance, efficiency, and customer
satisfaction.
🎯 What You’ll Do
·
Monitor and evaluate customer
interactions (calls, emails, chats).
·
Assess service quality, agent
demeanor, technical accuracy, and policy compliance.
·
Deliver constructive coaching to
improve performance and customer experience.
·
Collaborate across teams to address
systemic training and quality gaps.
·
Exercise sound judgment in resolving
complex support situations.
·
Prepare quality reports and
actionable insights for leadership.
✅ About You (Qualifications)
You’re a great fit if you have:
·
BA/BS degree (required).
·
2+ years of progressive training
and/or quality experience (preferred).
·
Strong communication skills with business
writing expertise.
·
Technical proficiency with workflow
tools and systems:
o Thomson Reuters products, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
Teams.
o QA tools such as Calabrio and Tableau.
·
Ability to deliver high-quality work
under tight deadlines.
·
Strong analytical skills to identify
gaps and recommend solutions.
·
Experience coaching, mentoring, and
delivering feedback.
