IndianOil Skytanking Ltd (IOSL) is a joint venture company formed by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd, and Skytanking Holdings GmbH of Germany, with equal participation. The main objective of this company is to design, finance, construct and operate Aviation Fuel Farm Facilities and also offer Into-Plane fuelling services without indulging in the actual sale of Aviation Turbine Fuel.

Today IndianOil Skytanking operates the Bangalore and Delhi Airports. Having a humble beginning from Bangalore, today IndianOil Skytanking handles more than 30 percent of Indian Aviation Fuel.
