Job description

Desired Profile
Candidate from healthcare industry will be preferred.
3+ years of strong recruitment experience & networking skills (end to end) as a corporate recruiter or as an agency recruiter.
Candidates must display excellent communication ability along with strong knowledge of Human Resources guidelines.

Education Qualification 
Bachelor’s degree in any Discipline or Master’s Degree.

Primary Objective  
  • Handling End to End recruitment & selection for India.
  • Updating HRIS
  • Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the management.
Key Results Area
Recruitments 
  • Recruit diverse candidates reflective of industry we work in.
  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process for functional groups
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify, attract and hire highly-qualified employees, as well as build an on-going talent pipeline.
  • Create, post, and monitor all job postings and recruiting advertisements.
  • Actively source and recruit candidates from a variety of media, job-boards, websites, networks, and professional associations.
  • Experience building or participating in social media campaigns as a sourcing tool..
  • Performing background checks on potential employees, as well as checking upon given references and credentials
  • Negotiating salary, problem-solving therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate.
  • Ensure constant communication with potential new joiners
  • Ensure consistency of application of our HR policies and procedures
  • Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment, Stability etc.
  • Ensuring proper co-ordination between the managers and candidates.
 HRIS / Employees Records Management
  • Maintains personnel files as per the standard process.
  • Maintains listing of approved positions.
