1. Design, Develop and Support Workflow implementations across trust projects/products
2. Be SME on the workflow implementations
3. Proactively Suggest improvements on future implementations
4. Architect future implementations
5. Mentor junior technical team to come upto speed
6. Standardize support model across IPP implementations
7. Proactively maintain and report statuses on various project

Java J2EE
Web Services(SOAP/REST)

Apache Camel (Enterprise integration knowledge)

BPM knowledge

Spring integration hands on experience
DB knowledge Oracle along with some DB tuning experience
