💡 About the Role – Data Analytics Associate
Capgemini is hiring a Data Analytics Associate in Noida to
strengthen our engineering team. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise
in Power BI, SQL, Python, and data modeling to deliver insights that drive
strategic decision-making across procurement, sourcing, and risk leadership
teams.
📊 Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analytics Associate, you will:
·
Build
effective Power BI dashboards and data visualizations from scratch.
·
Apply
statistical modeling to uncover patterns, trends, and predictive insights.
·
Clean,
transform, and classify large datasets while resolving data quality issues.
·
Run
queries on corporate data sets to answer complex business questions.
·
Perform
exploratory analysis to identify new opportunities.
·
Troubleshoot
dashboards and reports for continuous business performance monitoring.
·
Collaborate
with business teams to define key performance metrics (KPIs).
🎓 Candidate Profile – Who We’re Looking For
·
Strong
experience developing Power BI dashboards (design + enhancement).
·
Basic
knowledge of SQL, Python, or other query programming languages.
·
Experience
integrating data feeds into Power BI via middleware solutions.
·
Availability
to work onsite in Noida, 5 days a week.
·
Immediate
joiners or candidates available within 30 days preferred.
