(Full-Stack / Programming) | Placement Officer
💼 About the Job
At NIAT, we believe in practical, industry-relevant training that

aspiring developers (post-12th standard), this role is for you.
📌 Key Responsibilities
·
Deliver daily in-person classroom
training on programming & full-stack development.
·
Design and implement learning
activities, projects, and resources aligned with industry needs.
·
Provide personalized mentorship by
addressing student queries and guiding them through challenges.
·
Contribute to curriculum updates
based on feedback and industry trends.
·
Review and evaluate student
deliverables for accuracy and quality.
·
Manage and engage class sizes of
70–100 students effectively.
·
Stay updated with latest pedagogy and
software development practices.
✅ Requirements
·
M.Tech in CSE, IT, Data Science,
AI/ML, or Software Engineering (preferred).
·
Prior teaching/training experience in
Computer Science (added advantage).
·
Strong passion for teaching and
mentoring.
·
Professional fluency in English with
excellent communication skills.
·
Proficiency in Python, Java,
JavaScript, Data Structures & Algorithms, and OOPs.
·
Strong content development skills (Google
Slides, Sheets, Docs; Microsoft 365 a plus).
·
Ability to connect with students from
diverse backgrounds.
🎯 Good to Have
·
Familiarity with Git and version
control.
·
Strong knowledge of software
development best practices.
·
Adaptability to different learning
styles.
·
Problem-solving and solution-focused
mindset.
·
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
