👩💻 About the Role
Our Customer Support Team is the public face of Revolut, ensuring our
customers always have a WOW experience. As a Support Specialist (Backoffice),
you’ll investigate and resolve issues, troubleshoot queries, and champion
customers while working closely with product teams.

📌 What You’ll Be Doing
·
Investigating and resolving customer
issues with care and accuracy.
·
Handling FAQs and troubleshooting
common queries independently.
·
Conducting root cause analysis (RCA)
for issue resolution.
·
Supporting product functionality and
assisting with customer product queries.
·
Gathering relevant information in a
structured way to conduct investigations.
·
Meeting SLAs with high consistency
and quality.
·
Communicating clearly and simply for
great customer experience.
✅ What You’ll Need
·
1–3 years of chargeback experience in
customer support, payment operations, or financial services.
·
Strong knowledge of investigation
methods and RCA procedures.
·
Excellent verbal & written
communication.
·
High attention to detail and accuracy
when handling complex issues.
⭐ Nice to Have
·
Experience in FinCrime, risk, or
compliance.
·
Familiarity with payment operations,
fraud prevention, or transaction monitoring.

·
Location: Bangalore (Office) / Remote
across India
·
Schedule: 24x7 (rotational shifts,
including nights & weekends with compensation)
